This is the place for a wonderful meal with excellent food and service. The NY style pizza had a crunchy crust and lots of flavor. The Caesar salad dressing was creamy and delicious! Anna was a fantastic waitress - on the spot through the whole dinner!

The food is excellent, and a nice perk is they take reservations. However, on two occasions no table was available for my party of eight. I called to confirm my 7:00 p.m. reservation at 3:00 p.m. and was assured my name was on their reservation list. The hostess and assured me that it was her fault, which didn’t resolve the problem! Unfortunately, having this happen on TWO occasions will not make Mediterraneo a top restaurant choice in the future!

Tonight we ate here for the first time. Both of us ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap. Our wraps were delicious. The fries and chips were perfect. We were seated quickly and our food came out very timely. We are looking forward dining here again soon and trying the pizza! Our server also did a great job.

I did take out. The restaurant looked clean and attractive. I ordered hummus and tabbouleh. The hummus was fresh and homemade, but I found the taste bland. I added lemon juice and garlic powder to it at home, and that did the trick. Some folks like bland. I prefer bold, tart flavors. The tabbouleh was excellent. One of the best tabboulehs I’ve tasted.

Have been wanting to try this place for awhile and tonight I did. The calamari is awesome! The squid is tender while the breading is light and crunchy! I ordered the Sorrento pizza & my husband the Meat Lovers. We enjoyed! Service was friendly & atmosphere is relaxed.

My wife and I recently moved back to Clemmons after 10 years away. It is good to be back in our adopted home and even better to find a restaurant like this one! My wife is part Italian, so she is very picky about flavors and sauces and authenticity. She and I were both amazed at our first meal here last week. She had chicken piccata and I had lobster ravioli. Both were superb. A few days later, I brought my visiting son back and further enjoyed some new choices (pictured is the Lebanese Combo and Totellini in Alfredo sauce). Owner Sal, is the real deal and he has won some loyal new customers in us! I’ve had excellent service now from Andrea and then again from Sam. I write this as I return to hang out at the bar for a bit and bring home some takeout (Mussells pic added from the bar).I’ll be back again and again! I highly recommend eating here. Give it a try and enjoy!

Edited 6/4/22 They have added a good ice cream with different flavors! Good food and service, the owner is very nice as well. Food is great, the zatar pizza was good as well as the zatar fries and taouk and kafta sandwiches as well, not to mention the great pizza !
